The first three episodes are always free so new readers can experience GIFTED STRANGERS and see how they like it. There are NO subscriptions involved in Kindle Vella,  so you are NOT signing up for anything. The only thing you need is an Amazon log-in to sign-in and read.

Vella author's love when you click the "thumbs-up" button after every episode you read. It's our way of knowing you stopped by. This little button isn't your rating of the story, it's just a social media acknowledgement. You can always leave a full review and choose a star rating on the story homepage.

Please e-mail bookclubs@giftedstrangers.com to request a Book Club Readers Guide. As schedules permit, author F.M. DiMeo can coordinate a virtual appearance at your Book Club discussion via Zoom. (Typically 30 minutes.) Please include the following in your Book Club appearance request e-mail: preferred dates (primary and secondary option), preferred time, approximate number of attendees, and some notes about your book club.  You can also visit our Book Clubs page for more info.

• To be eligible to "Fave," all you have to do is purchase any amount of tokens. Because Amazon doesn't let readers with only free tokens give out "faves."
• For reference, 200 Tokens are $1.99.
• You can purchase tokens even if you still have some free tokens left, then Vella will magically grant you the power to crown one story per week with a "fave."
• To purchase tokens, click the key-shaped icon in the upper right corner of vella. That's it! 
• Once you have tokens, Vella will give you the opportunity to "fave" a story once per week. 
• Please click a story and then the "Fave It" button!
• You should be able to keep "faving" every week after this! (Unless you run out of tokens, of course.)
• This is Amazon's way of making sure quality stories are made easier to find in the Kindle Vella platform.

• Unlocking an Episode on Kindle Vella requires "Tokens"
• Amazon manages the token prices, and sets the number of tokens required to unlock an Episode based on how long the Episode is. 
• Amazon starts all new Vella users with 200 FREE TOKENS
• For context, the first 12 Episodes of GIFTED STRANGERS total 136 tokens.
• You can purchase additional tokens by clicking the key-shaped icon in the upper right corner while in Vella
• Tokens are sold in bundles by Amazon. As of 10-13-21 the smallest token bundle is 200 tokens for $1.99. The largest token bundle is 1700 tokens for $14.99.
• SO, HOW MUCH MIGHT IT COST TO READ ALL OF GIFTED STRANGERS SEASON 1? That depends on the final number of episodes and the length of each episode. Currently, the average number of tokens required to unlock an episode of GIFTED STRANGERS is 15.  New Episodes are released every week, with some double-episode weeks planned.
